Sunflower Butter Sun Cups Minis®

I am allergic to peanuts and have been eating sun butter for years now. While on a trip in Bering Springs, Michigan, and was in a health food store when I spotted, “free2b.” There was only 1 bag, and I got it! My tastebuds were very happy the rest of the trip. When I returned home, I searched every store in my area, but with no luck. I went online to free2b’s website, and ordered 2 cases. These mini cups are the right size to fill my mouth with yum, yum pleasure.

These were great. I love the flavor. Great alternative to the Reese’s minis. The chocolate could be a bit fresher, but overall it’s fantastic.

These are a bit sweet for me(I eat the dark minis), but grandkids love them and they are much less sweet than regular candy.

These Suncups WERE so good!! “Were” is emphasized here. Our family has been eating these Suncups for about a year now and they have been such a delight to have found as we have nut allergies in our family. Even for some of us without a nut allergy the product has been even better than Reeces. However, on our recent purchase we noticed the flavor off. No one that has tried the newly purchased bags has liked them. They have a malty taste to them. Definitely not worth eating. I was wondering if maybe the batch we purchased was just a fluke and we got a bad batch. From other reviews I’m seeing, this is not the case. Seems from other’s statements they have changed the recipe. I emailed this company last week and got no reply. Figures. When companies start making a great thing, they eventually ruin it by getting cheap with their ingredients. Guess I will stick to making my own like I’ve done in the past. It’s not worth the price to pay for a subpar product.

Kamyle is 11 years old and has a severe tree nut/peanut allergy, and she misses out on most treats. She was delighted to get free2b chocolates in the mail. She is savoring every bite and just loves these!

What ever you did on the recipe change in my opinion should not of happened. The prior cups were GREAT. These are in a liquid form now. Not impressed at all.

We still love the tatse but the new batches dont have enough chocolate on the bottom

These are absolutely delicious!

My daughter has to avoid dairy and these are a perfect option to replace favorite Reeses treat.
