I spend ~$150/month on free2b treats for my family's special dietary restrictions, but when my last order came damaged I reached out to free2b, including a photo, and got no response. It's been over 45 days, I've emailed twice, still no response. Very disappointed.

Well, these were one of the few items my daughter could enjoy, and she loved them!! - with the "new addition" of rice bran butter, that's past tense. She is allergic to rice amongst a long list of other foods... Really not cool to replace cocoa butter with that.

Due to global cocoa butter supply challenges, we made the decision to include “cocoa butter and/or rice bran butter and/or palm oil” as alternative fats in our recipe. This means that only one of these will be used at a time, but we recognize that this change may impact customers with rice allergies.
Our team took this decision seriously, conducting taste tests with members of the Free2b community to ensure we maintained the same great taste and quality. Rice bran butter, made from the outer layer of brown rice, was chosen as a sustainable option that provides a creamy texture similar to cocoa butter.
We completely understand that ingredient changes can be challenging, and we truly value your feedback. While we cannot guarantee the absence of rice bran butter in every batch, we appreciate hearing how this affects you and will share your concerns with our team.

I've been enjoying these products for about a year now. I have a TON of allergies, sensitivities and intolerances that have reduced my list of foods to about a handful of items. My system just barely handles these and I love the taste.
While I prefer the lighter chocolate version a bit more, these ones are still very nice. The chocolate is tasty and the sunflower butter is wonderful tasting. Would buy again!
