Vegan Sea Salt Caramel Apples

THESE are the most delicious fall snack we’ve ever made! And they won’t break your teeth 😬 A softer, allergy-friendly version that’s easy to customize.

Ingredients:
3 apples of your choice
1 cup pitted medjool dates
3 tbsp vegan milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Free2B Mini Sea Salt Caramel Cups
¼ tsp salt
3 popsicle sticks

Directions:

1. Wash and dry apples. Place popsicle sticks into each.
2. Break Mini Sea Salt Caramel Cups into smaller pieces and place them into a bowl. Set the bowl aside.  
3. In a blender, add dates, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix for 5-7 min, until caramel is smooth.
4. Dip each apple into caramel and smooth out evenly with a spatula.
5. Dip each apple into a bowl with caramel cup pieces.
6. Place caramel apples on parchment paper in the fridge until set.
7. Enjoy!
