Sunflower Butter Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Sunflower Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
- 1 cup Baking & Melting Wafers
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mix the sunflower butter and maple syrup. Add the oats and incorporate.
2. Melt the Baking & Melting Wafers in the microwave for 1 minute in 15 second intervals, stirring each time.
3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Dip them in the melted Baking & Melting Wafers and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Chill the balls for 30 minutes before serving.
