- 1 15 oz. Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ½ C. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C. Sun Butter
- ¼ C. Rolled Oats
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Milk
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/3 C. free2b Chocolate Chips
- Gluten-free Graham Crackers, for dipping
- Reserve the chocolate chips and place all remaining ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Incorporate the chocolate chips.
- Pour the hummus dip in a bowl and serve with gluten-free graham crackers.
