Chocolate Chip Hummus Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz. Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ½ C. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Sun Butter
  • ¼ C. Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice Milk
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/3 C. free2b Chocolate Chips
  • Gluten-free Graham Crackers, for dipping

 Directions: 

  1. Reserve the chocolate chips and place all remaining ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Incorporate the chocolate chips. 
  2. Pour the hummus dip in a bowl and serve with gluten-free graham crackers.
