Loaded Sunbutter Bars

Ingredients: 

For the sunflower butter layer: 

1 cup sunflower butter 

¼ cup maple syrup

⅓ cup coconut flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract


For chocolate layer: 

1 cup Allergy Friendly Melting Chocolate

1/4 cup sunflower butter 

½ cup Crunchsters Simply Sea Salt 


Instructions: 

  1. Line a square pan with parchment and set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine sunflower butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, salt, & vanilla. Mix until combined. 
  3. Line a square pan with parchment paper and press sunflower butter mixture into pan. Set in fridge for 1 hour. 
  4. Once sunflower butter mixture has set work on the chocolate later. In a bowl, mix melting chocolate & sunflower butter over a low setting stove. Mix as ingredients melt and are completely smooth. 
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the sunflower butter layer in the pan and spread evenly. Add Crunchsters Simply Sea Salt on top.
  6. Set in the fridge for 1 hour. 
  7. Once cool, cut into even squares and enjoy!
