Frozen Chocolate Covered Cherry Mint Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 C. Free2b Dark Chocolate Baking & Melting Wafers
- 8 Fresh Cherries, whole or pitted
- 4 Pkgs Free2b Mint Cups
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds. Whisk until smooth.
- Spoon one teaspoon of melted chocolate onto each Mint Cup. Before it sets, dip the cherries into the melted chocolate and place them in the center.
- Freeze the assembled cups for at least 20 minutes, until the chocolate sets.
