Frozen Chocolate Covered Cherry Mint Cups

Ingredients:

 Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Spoon one teaspoon of melted chocolate onto each Mint Cup. Before it sets, dip the cherries into the melted chocolate and place them in the center.
  3. Freeze the assembled cups for at least 20 minutes, until the chocolate sets.
