Dark Chocolate Mint “Milk” Shake

  • ½ C. Rice Milk
  • 1 Qt. Vanilla Rice Milk Frozen Dessert
  • ¼ tsp. Peppermint Extract 
  • 2-3 Drops Natural Food Coloring (blue and yellow)
  • 2 Free2b Dark Chocolate Mint Cups
  • Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chips, for garnish
  • Fresh Mint, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add the first five ingredients to the blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into four chilled glasses.
  3. Garnish with chocolate chips and fresh mint. Serve immediately.
