Orders + Shipping
We ship Monday through Wednesday, for delivery Wednesday through Friday. If you place an order Thurs-Sun, we will ship your order the following week. Orders placed after 12pm CT on Wednesday are not promised to arrive the same week. You’ll receive an email confirmation when we receive your order, another when it ships, and one more once it’s delivered. While we work to ship orders quickly and efficiently, we are unable to prevent fulfillment delays or shipping interruptions/delays caused by UPS. If you think there might be an issue, send us an email, and our team will be happy to assist you.
We do not give refunds. Since our product is perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or you need to report a problem, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do all we can to make it right for you. If your concern involves damaged or otherwise unusable product, please include photos of the product and packaging so that our team can look into it.
We sure hope not! When shipping during the warmer weather months, we ship in biodegradable green cell foam coolers with ice packs to ensure that your order gets to you safe and sound.
Our subscription service works much like others that you may be familiar with online. It’s just like placing a one-time order - you will input your order, payment method, and shipping address, and our system will save this info for your future shipments. You pick the product(s) that you want delivered to you and the frequency in which you’d like them delivered and then we do the rest! You will need to create an account with us, but after that, you have full control of your subscription. You will be able to cancel at any time, put the subscription on hold if you are going to be away from home for a while, or change the products that you have shipped to you. Of course, we are always here to help, so if you have any issues with your subscription please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team!
